Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in a healthcare assistant role
Strong understanding and respect for patient confidentiality
Superior communication skills, with the ability to empathize and build relationships with patients
Physically fit and able to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving patients
Additional Requirements
Certification as a healthcare assistant
Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital processes
Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities
