Qualifications and Skills
Our ideal candidate holds a degree in Food Safety, Microbiology, or a similar field, and has comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines. A strong understanding of risk assessment systems and food safety best practices is crucial. Excellent communication skills for effective employee training on food safety, sanitation, and hygiene are needed.
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Food Safety Specialist or in a related role within the food industry is required. Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing preventive measures to mitigate food safety risks is vital to this position.
