Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
As an Enrollment Specialist, you need to be meticulous and organized and possess excellent communication skills.
You should hold at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent, have good numerical skills, an understanding of data privacy standards, and be able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Fluency in using various types of software for data entry is also essential.
Required Experience
Previous work experience in enrollment or a similar field is highly desirable.
At least two years of working in the education or healthcare industry is a must.
Familiarity with the inner workings of a large organization and managing significant amounts of information, both written and electronic, gives you an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
Must have a clean criminal background check and be authorized to work in the location of the job. Your willingness to learn, adapt to change, and dedication to punctuality are important for this role.
