Job Title: Facilities Director

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of our organization's facilities, including maintenance, repairs, renovations and promoting health and safety standards. Additionally, you will lead our talented facilities team while fostering a collaborative work environment across departments.

Responsibilities and Duties:

-Oversee all maintenance, renovation, and repair initiatives for our facilities.

-Ensure the upkeep of equipment and supplies, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.

- Inspect building structures to identify necessary repairs or renovations.

-Develop and manage the facilities budget, promoting cost-effective use of resources.

-Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.

-Lead, manage and train the facilities team, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a Facilities Director or similar role.

-Strong knowledge of technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.

-Experience in project management and budgeting.

-Team leadership skills, with an ability to manage and motivate a team.
