Job Title: Financial Director
Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Financial Director, responsible for overseeing the financial management and strategy of our organization. As a Financial Director, you'll take charge of developing and implementing strategies to improve our financial performance and lead our financial team. With careful planning and strategy, you'll help us navigate financial complexities and sustained growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
Developing and executing our financial strategy
Leading the finance team and promoting a culture of high-performance
Ensuring that all of our financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation
Analyzing the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future
Interpreting complex financial information and providing updates and information as needed
Qualifications
Should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
An MBA or relevant certification would be considered an advantage
At least 10 years of experience in a financial management role
Skills
Outstanding knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
Ability to strategize and solve problems
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and people skills
