Job Title: Warehouse Associate
A swift, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate is needed in our fast-paced distribution center, responsible for inventory control, receiving, and distribution tasks. In this fundamental role, you won't merely shift boxes – you will be the backbone of our distribution cycle, ensuring that our products reach our customers timely and efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
Ability to operate a hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
Knowledge of inventory management procedures and general warehousing terminology.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Warehouse Associate's duties include, but are not limited to:
Loading and unloading cargo, verifying its contents for accuracy and damages.
Sorting, picking, and packing orders, in compliance with company's standards for productivity.
Stock keeping and inventory control – record, replenish, and manage warehouse stock.
Conducting periodical audits of inventory items.
Complying with all safety regulations for warehouse environments.
Additional Requirements
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
A positive attitude and capacity to work in a team.
