Job Title: Curriculum Director
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team in the role of Curriculum Director at St. August Academy. The right individual will have exceptional skills in providing guidance and support for teachers through the development and implementation of comprehensive training initiatives and workshops. The successful candidate will be a master at empowering educators by enhancing their teaching skills and ability to implement curriculum effectively. This position will also be instrumental in driving continuous improvement in our educational programs through systematic assessment, data analysis, and evidence-based adjustments.
Responsibilities and Duties

Providing guidance and support for teachers through professional development initiatives, workshops, and training programs to enhance teaching skills and curriculum implementation.

Overseeing the assessment and evaluation processes, and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of curricular programs.

Making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

Master’s degree in Education or related field required, Doctorate preferred.

Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of education, specifically in curriculum development and teacher training.

Strong data analysis skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
