Job Title: Casting Director
Our organization seeks an experienced and impassioned Casting Director to manage and lead our casting department. The ideal candidate will be adept in selecting performers for roles in our various film and theatre projects, bringing creative vision and a keen eye for talent to the table, and ensuring the cohesion of casts with the unique needs of each project.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage the overall selection of talent for a variety of projects
Identify suitable candidates for auditions and lead casting processes
Collaborate with executive and artistic teams on talent selection
Build and maintain professional relationships with talent agents
Ability to mediate and negotiate contracts
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Theatre or a related field is preferred
A minimum of 5 years experience in a casting role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experienced in contract negotiation
Strong creative vision and understanding of the casting process
Experience:
Over 5 years casting for diverse film, TV, and theater projects.
Demonstrated success in contract negotiation with actors.
In-depth industry knowledge and a well-established professional network.
