Job Title: Casting Director

Our organization seeks an experienced and impassioned Casting Director to manage and lead our casting department. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage the overall selection of talent for a variety of projects

• Identify suitable candidates for auditions and lead casting processes

• Collaborate with executive and artistic teams on talent selection

• Build and maintain professional relationships with talent agents

• Ability to mediate and negotiate contracts

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Theatre or a related field is preferred

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a casting role

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Experienced in contract negotiation

• Strong creative vision and understanding of the casting process

Experience:

• Over 5 years casting for diverse film, TV, and theater projects.

• Demonstrated success in contract negotiation with actors.

• In-depth industry knowledge and a well-established professional network.
