Job Title: Billing Coordinator, Invoice Processing

Responsibilities and Duties:
The main roles of the Billing Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

Generating and issuing invoices, ensuring precision in billing details such as dates, rates, and services provided.

Reconciling billing accounts while properly recording all transactions.

Serving as the initial point of contact for customer billing inquiries and disputes, and resolving such in a timely and conscientious manner.

Processing payments and monitoring incoming funds. Subsequently, updating customer accounts to reflect payment status.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a billing coordinator or similar position

In-depth understanding of relevant laws and best practices

Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills
