Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
Successful candidates for the data coordinator role should possess the following:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a data-focused role
Strong proficiency in data management software and programming languages
Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to spot trends and patterns
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make complex data understandable to non-technical stakeholders
A detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
Responsibilities and Duties:
As a Data Coordinator, your duties include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing the collection, storage, and retrieval of data
Ensuring quality and consistency of data across multiple platforms
Developing and maintaining databases and data systems
Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Generating regular reports for management and other stakeholders
Collaborating with departmental teams to fulfill data analysis needs
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance data efficiency and quality
Developing and revising protocols and procedures for data handling and storage
