Job Title: Department Coordinator, Administrative Support
FoodFusion Delights Co. is actively looking for a determined Department Coordinator to manage, enhance and support our dynamic administrative operations.
Job Summary
The Department Coordinator will oversee a vast array of daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing departmental records, and managing correspondence. They will also take the lead in coordinating departmental projects, ensuring the timely completion of tasks in line with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Providing administrative support to the department, scheduling various departmental meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating activities such as projects and events. Ensuring superior organization of departmental records and ensuring tasks goals meet departmental goals. The candidate will also participate in liaising with other departments and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates should be reliable, highly organized and detail oriented. They must have excellent communication skills and an ability to multitask. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly MS Office, and previous experience in an administrative role would be highly beneficial.
Additional Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required. Working knowledge of project coordination is a plus.
