Responsibilities and Duties
Coordinate all client communications and handle inquiries proficiently.
Monitor the progress of client projects and ensure all aspects run smoothly.
Proactively identify potential issues and troubleshoot them before they escalate.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relations.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to the client's needs.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
An academic qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
Notable proficiency in managing clients and coordinating projects.
Exceptional interpersonal skillset that conveys professionalism and empathy.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Apt at troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Experience
Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably managing key accounts, is expected. The candidate must have dealt with clients of varying portfolios and have successfully coordinated client services.
