Furthermore, you will be navigating the leasing process, managing vacancies, conducting tenant screenings, and guaranteeing timely occupancy of rental units.
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Housing Coordinator, you will be required to:
Manage relationships with tenants by timely addressing their concerns and issues.
Ensure a positive living experience for the tenants within the housing community.
Oversee the leasing process, from contracting to closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Conduct comprehensive tenant screenings to ensure the suitability of prospective tenants.
