Job Title: Front Desk Associate
We are looking for an amiable and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team at Sunset Hotel. Your primary goal will be providing stellar customer service to our guests and visitors, ensuring their first point of contact with our establishment is always a pleasant one.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Greet and welcome all incoming guests, visitors, or clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle the check-in and check-out procedures efficiently - including verifying identification, processing payments, and issuing room keys or access cards.
Respond to inquiries, provide information about our services, amenities, and promotions and assist with any special requests or needs.
Manage incoming phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Assist guests/clients with making reservations and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Computer literacy and proficiency in common office software
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Working knowledge of the hospitality industry and customer service best practices
Experience:
Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is beneficial but not necessary. We are more interested in your dedication to customer service and commitment to our hotel’s mission.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends as necessary. A positive attitude and approachable nature are essential.
