Responsibilities and Duties

As a Merchandise Associate, you will be tasked with the following duties:

• Implement visual merchandising strategies to optimize store layouts and create compelling product displays.

• Provide top-tier service by assisting customers with inquiries and providing comprehensive product information.

• Ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.

• Coordinate restocking as necessary for optimal product availability.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

To be an outstanding Merchandise Associate, you will need:

• A minimum of one (1) year experience in Merchandising or a similar role

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory records and product displays

• Excellent organizational skills

• An intrinsic desire to assist customers to ensure a seamless shopping experience

• Proficiency in working as part of a team and on your initiative

Additional Requirements

Working hours may include evenings and weekends, due to the nature of the retail sector. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. More significant is your drive, enthusiasm, and commitment to providing a stellar retail experience.
