Job Description:
A leading Creative Marketing Agency is on the lookout for a competent and diligent Admin Associate. This role engages in ensuring an efficient, clean, and organized office setting while providing administrative support and managing travel arrangements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
As an Admin Associate, your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain a clean and organized office.
Oversee office supplies and inventory, restocking when needed.
Handle office maintenance and repairs, coordinating with external service providers when necessary.
Assist in scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, and forward to respective parties.
Create and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
Ensure company records and databases are up-to-date.
Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including flights, lodgings, and transportation.
Provide detailed travel itineraries and relevant information.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in managing travel arrangements is preferred.
