Job Description:
ClientCare Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual for the position of Client Service Associate. The candidate will be the primary point of contact for the clients and will be responsible for account management.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively engaging with them and understanding their needs.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and keeping them informed about account updates and market developments.
Assist clients in opening, closing, and managing their accounts, including processing paperwork and transactions.

Knowledge of account management and customer service best practices.
Experience:
