Responsibilities and Duties
The Employee Relations Associate will be tasked with the following key responsibilities:
Addressing and resolving a variety of workplace conflicts.
Providing effective support and guidance to both staff and management.
Facilitating smooth communication between employees and upper management.
Disseminating crucial information related to employee policies, rights, and obligations.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role or capacity.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Additional Requirements
