Responsibilities and Duties

The Employee Relations Associate will be tasked with the following key responsibilities:

• Providing effective support and guidance to both staff and management.

• Disseminating crucial information related to employee policies, rights, and obligations.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

• Proven experience in a similar role or capacity.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
