Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

The ideal candidate to fill the Senior Accountant role should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.

• CPA or related certification would be a significant advantage

• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and knowledge of accounting software

Experience

An ideal candidate must possess:

• A minimum of 5 years encompassing financial statement preparation and review

• Demonstrable experience in financial audits

• Experience with tax reporting and inventory costing
