Job Title: Technical Crew, Equipment Setup and Maintenance

Job Description:

NanoFusion Dynamics is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable individual to join our live events team as a Technical Crew member focused on equipment setup and maintenance. In this role, you'll be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and operation of a variety of technical equipment, including audio, video, and lighting. It is a fantastic opportunity for a technically adept, hands-on professional to contribute to the production of dynamic live events.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist in the setup, maintenance, and operation of all technical equipment including audio, video, lighting, and other gear.
Conduct routine equipment checks to ensure their proper functionality. You're responsible for troubleshooting any technical issues promptly.
Prepare the stage and venue for performances. This includes the arrangement and securing of props, scenery, and stage elements.
Ensure the safe and efficient movement of equipment and props during the load-in and load-out process.
Collaborate closely with the Technical Crew Supervisor to flawlessly execute technical cues during live events, such as lighting changes, sound effects, and video transitions.
Provide necessary technical support to performers, presenters, and production team members.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

High School diploma or equivalent. A Vocational or Technical Training in a related field is preferred.
Demonstrable experience with audio, video, and lighting equipment.
Basic understanding of stage and venue setup.
Diligent attention to safety and ability to identify potential hazards.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Physical agility and stamina to move and set up heavy equipment.
