InnovatePrep School is looking for an experienced and strategic Technical Director Football to lead our football program. He must have the capacity to conceive and implement an integrated footballing philosophy which dovetails with our school's vision and values. The right candidate will be instrumental in crafting a long-term vision for our football program, placed on fostering top-notch player and coaching development pathways.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop a cohesive vision and strategy for our football program, aligning with the organization's goals and values.

Oversee the player development process, taking an active role in scouting, recruitment, and talent identification.

Establish player development programs to harness the potential of emerging talent.

Monitor and assess the progress of our football players, providing meaningful feedback and support to our coaches.

Shape coaching standards, providing training and mentorship to our coaching staff.

Foster a culture of continuous learning among our coaches and collaborate to devise enriching training curricula.
Qualifications and Skills:

Background in Football Management or related field.

Demonstrable experience in player development and talent identification.

Proven ability to develop coaching staff and create comprehensive training plans.

Extensive knowledge of football dynamics and ability to design a strategy aligning with organizational vision and values.

Effective leadership and communication skills.

Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities.
