Responsibilities and Duties

In this role, you will be tasked to:

Thoroughly analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to fully comprehend the technical requirements and scope of work.
Conduct comprehensive cost estimation for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, considering market rates, historical data, and industry standards.
Work in unison with the sales and project management teams to develop exhaustive and competitive proposals for prospective clients.
Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with projects, and develop robust risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

Our Technical Estimator should have:

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or engineering sector.
Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and materials.
Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in relevant software for cost estimation and risk assessment.
