- Encourage knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration within the company.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong technical background and understanding of the construction industry.
- Proven experience in facilitating technical workshops and training programs.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to create well-structured and effective educational materials.
- Experience in a role requiring cross-functional collaboration.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Facilitator or similar role in the construction industry.
- Project management experience would be a strong advantage.
