Job Description:

As a pivotal member of our field team, your role will be to maintain, inspect, and improve our technical systems, equipment, and infrastructure. Your expertise lies in swiftly identifying technical glitches, developing, and implementing dependable corrective measures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Technical Field Officer or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of technical systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Great problem-solving skills with the ability to make effective decisions in stressful situations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrable ability to educate and train staff on equipment usage and safety.
- Valid driver's license and willing to travel.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform on-site assessments of technical systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Identify and diagnose technical issues.
- Develop and implement solutions to resolve technical problems.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
- Train and educate field staff on the correct use and maintenance of technical equipment.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in different weather conditions.
- Must be able to handle heavy tools and equipment.
