Candidates for this role should have strong attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and a basic understanding of accounting principles. You should have a proficiency in common office software and be able to quickly learn how to use our specialized accounting software.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Accounting Trainee will be expected to:
Assist in accurate data entry into the accounting software, help with processing invoices and ensuring timely payments to vendors. Assist in monitoring customer accounts, processing incoming payments, and assist in collections as needed. Participate in bank reconciliations and help prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations with the guidance of senior team members.
Necessary Experience
While this trainee role is entry-level, a basic understanding of financial concepts and principles is helpful. Any experience with office software and data entry will be beneficial.

The successful candidate should be a strong communicator, able to work in a team environment and adhere to strict deadlines.
