Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or relevant position
Well-versed in facilities management software
Proficiency in both technical and mechanical systems
Understanding of the complexity and operations of the buildings

Exceptional organizational, time management, and planning skills
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Technical Facility Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Overseeing and agreeing on contracts and service level agreements for services including security, parking, cleaning, etc.
Ensuring facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations
Planning for future developments and overseeing any renovations or installations
Assuring all systems and equipment remain in optimal working order
Coordinating with in-house team and outsourcing services as necessary
