Take charge of our project accounting team, from hiring and training new talent to overseeing regular performance evaluations. Your critical role will involve developing comprehensive project accounting policies, establishing firm procedures, and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage the project accounting team, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.

• Establish and maintain project accounting procedures and policies aligned with best practices.

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all project-related financial transactions.

• Prepare, review, and present financial statements, project budgets, and forecasts.

• Analyze financial data to identify patterns, variances, and opportunities for better efficiency.

• Collaborate with project managers and department heads to prepare accurate project budgets.

• Monitor budgets, pinpoint discrepancies, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for various projects.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Proven experience in project accounting or similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in financial software and MS Office.

• Outstanding leadership and organizational abilities.
