Job Title: Executive Accounting Assistant
Job Description:
We're seeking an organized, trustworthy, and reliable individual to join our team as an Executive Accounting Assistant at TechVenture Capital Group. This position is an excellent opportunity to play a critical role in the daily operations of our finance department. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting our CFO with their day-to-day tasks, managing our financial data, and handling various forms of communication and correspondence.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage the CFO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize meetings: agendas, presentations, and minutes.
Screen phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
Assist in the preparation and management of financial reports, spreadsheets, and documents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and files.
Process and track invoices, expenses, and reimbursements.
Act as a liaison between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft and proofread financial documents, reports, and correspondence.
Manage and respond to routine financial inquiries on behalf of the CFO.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an Executive Accounting Assistant, or related role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Superior knowledge and understanding of financial processes and procedures.
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Able to adapt quickly, handle pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
