Job Title: Assistant Accounting Director

We are seeking an Assistant Director of Accounting who will be accountable for carrying out critical financial operations and functions within our company on a day-to-day basis. This role entails the preparation of financial reports, monitoring accounting procedures, and support in auditing processes. The ideal candidate should bring strong analytical skills, experience, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy in financial management.


Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, memos, invoices, and other documents.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
• Ensure compliance with the financial procedures and policies.
• Support in the preparation of budgets and financial projections.
• Perform internal audits and assist in the coordination of external audits.
• Provide coaching and guidance to the accounting team members.
• Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in all accounting tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent related field.
• Certified Public Accountant designation preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years financial management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in the use of various accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
