Job Description:

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the company's objectives and long-term goals.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring that budgets are realistic, monitored, and adjusted to meet financial targets.
Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and recommend improvements for financial performance.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
Oversee the day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of seven years’ experience in a senior financial managerial position. In addition to CFA, CA, CPA, or similar qualification, a strong command of GAAP, other applicable regulations and financial analysis tools is crucial. You should have exceptional leadership capabilities, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
Experience:
Prior experience in the fashion industry is beneficial but not mandatory. Proven expertise with financial management systems and advanced proficiency in Excel is required.
