We are actively seeking an accomplished Director of Technical Accounting to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will oversee technical accounting functions, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing strategic guidance on complex financial matters.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Managing the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial management of all properties
Maintaining accurate information of all properties in the accounting system
Developing strategies for managing financial risk
Coordinating with external auditors and managing internal controls
Qualifications and Skills:
CPA or equivalent certification.
In-depth knowledge of technical accounting standards.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
