Job Title: Development Officer
We are seeking an ambitious Development Officer to join Ancello Solutions. The ideal candidate must be capable of developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies in line with our organizational goals. The role encompasses the preparation of compelling grant proposals and funding applications, along with researching and identifying potential grant opportunities. These tasks should be performed to ensure alignment with our mission and objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and implement fundraising strategies that align with organizational goals
Prepare and submit compelling grant proposals and funding applications
Perform detailed research to identify and secure grant opportunities
Work closely with the management team to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and objectives
Monitor grants for compliance and report progress to the senior leadership
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should have:
Prior experience in a similar role demonstrating a proven track record of successful fundraising
Exceptional research skills allowing for the identification of funding opportunities
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines
Strong communication skills to prepare and deliver compelling proposals
Skilled in project management and coordination.
Additional Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred
Knowledge of the non-profit sector and experience with fundraising platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
