Responsibilities and Duties:
As the Chief Commercial Officer, your main duties include:
Developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Leading the sales team in defining and achieving sales targets, building and managing customer relationships, and expanding our customer base.
Overseeing the marketing department and guiding them in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to drive revenue growth and diversification.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, ensuring that they view Green Tech Energy as a trusted partner.
Qualifications:
You should possess the following qualifications:
A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field is required. An MBA would be a plus.
A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in a commercial role.
Previous experience within the energy or tech industry is highly preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in business development with a history of identifying and closing profitable partnerships.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of success in managing teams and delivering results.
