Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance.

Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decisions.

Monitor key financial metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Collaborate with department heads to create annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.

Track budget performance and perform variance analysis.

Adjust financial plans as necessary to achieve financial targets.

Novate financial reports to senior management and board members.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
To excel in this role, you'll need a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in a similar role. Exceptional proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting is essential, and an understanding of accounting principles and regulations is vital. Familiarity with financial reporting standards, solid analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively will set you apart.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial planning and analysis, or a similar role is required. Experience within the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
Additional Requirements:
You need to have good understanding of the healthcare industry. High level of proficiency in Excel and financial software packages is necessary.
