Job Description:
We are seeking an adept financial professional to join our team at FleetTrack Logistics. As our Finance and Accounting Manager, your main role will be to ensure the overall fiscal health of the company. You will also be responsible for managing the financial reporting and general accounting, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and correctly.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and analyzing financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Managing accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
Monitoring and reconciling outstanding balances.
Assisting in the development and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts.
Providing insights and analysis on budget variances.
Maintaining the general ledger by recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications and Skills:
