Job Title: Education Officer

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate individual to directly impact the learning outcomes of our students as an Education Officer. Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in education or any related field – mandatory. Masters or higher will be preferable.

• Experience in implementing educational policies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Designing, planning, and implementing educational policies and programs.

• Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of such programs.

• Providing strategic direction and input for the optimization and improvement of current educational practices.

• Liaising with stakeholders – teachers, parents, students, and management to ensure the education objectives of the organization are met.

Experience

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience working in a similar educational setting with a demonstrated track record of improving learning outcomes and educational program implementation.

Additional Requirements

Applicants should be willing to travel occasionally for work to our different campuses, have a valid driving license, and be in possession of relevant certifications in pedagogy and learning models.
