FutureTech Manufacturing is in search of a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Finance Budget Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate would take on the crucial task of overseeing and managing our financial planning and budgeting processes, thereby serving as a pivot around which organizational financial decisions revolve.

Responsibilities and Duties:

In the Finance Budget Manager role, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Working closely with department heads for the development of annual and long-term budgets that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Monitoring and analyzing financial data - from income statements and balance sheets to cash flow statements, in a bid to identify trends, variances, and areas ripe for improvement.
Creating accurate and reliable financial forecasts leveraging historical data and current market conditions to guide the decision-making process.
Implementing cost control measures and presenting recommendations for reducing expenses without compromising operational efficiency.
Preparing and distributing regular financial reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting actionable insights and suggestions for budget adjustments as appropriate.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

The ideal candidate for the Finance Budget Manager position should have:

A bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree would be a plus.
Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial modeling abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The capacity to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
