The role also involves creating relevant curriculum materials, delivering compelling lectures, and providing guidance and mentorship to students.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Your key tasks will include, but are not limited to:

Designing and developing engaging, up-to-date finance courses that comply with industry standards and best practices.
Integrating real-world examples and case studies into the curriculum to improve the learning experience.
Conducting informative and engaging lectures and presentations.
Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and discussion.
Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to students, responding to their queries and concerns.
Developing and administering quizzes, exams, and assignments to assess student understanding and progress.
Providing insightful and timely feedback on student work to facilitate their improvement.
Maintaining accurate records of student grades and performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

A relevant bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or a closely related discipline.
Experience in teaching and curriculum development, ideally in the field of finance.
Ability to create engaging, industry-relevant course content.
Proficiency in delivering captivating and informative lectures.
Experience with student assessment and performance tracking.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to mentor students.

Additional Requirements:

Candidates with experience in the finance industry, those with a master's degree or higher, or candidates possessing relevant professional certifications will receive preference. Distance learning or e-learning experience would also be beneficial.
