Job Title: Finance Bookkeeper
/We are seeking a diligent and dependable Finance Bookkeeper for Halley Restaurant. This role will involve accurately recording financial transactions, including income and expenses, to ensure that our financial activities are accurately reflected in Halley's financial statements. Our ideal candidate will be a skilled number cruncher, trusted in the accurate generation of reports for management, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Accurately record and categorize all financial transactions
Monitor income, expenses, accounts receivable and payable
Ensure financial transactions are accurately reflected in the organization's financial statements
Prepare regular financial reports for management
Liaise with auditors when necessary
Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements
Skills and Competencies:
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
Experience with relevant software applications
Excellent skills in managing money matters and making smart financial decisions
The high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
