Job Title: Business Counselor

Artistry Haven Gallery is currently looking to add an accomplished Business Counselor to our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in problem-solving and strategic thinking to evaluate and assist in our clients' business health and progression. The successful candidate will be heavily involved in client consultation, business assessment, business planning, financial analysis, and market research.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to identify their business needs and discuss their goals and challenges.
Evaluate clients' current businesses or business ideas, identifying areas of improvement, potential risks, and growth opportunities.
Assist clients with comprehensive business plan development, including financial projections and growth strategies.
Perform financial analysis on clients' existing financial statements, aiding in budget creation, financial strategies, and profitability forecasting.
Conduct market research to help clients pinpoint their target markets, assess their competition, and construct effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in business consulting or a related role.
Strong knowledge of business assessment, business planning and financial analysis.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Additional Requirements:

Proficiency in using various research methodologies and data analysis tools.
Demonstrated ability to develop effective business and financial strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
