Responsibilities and Duties:
Under this role, you will be required to:

Perform initial patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and current condition.

Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate dosages and patient safety.

Monitor patients' progress, document changes in their condition, and report any significant findings to the healthcare team.

Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Maintain accurate and complete medical records, including patient assessments, care plans, and medication administration records.

Report any deviations from the care plan or adverse events to the Nurse Manager or appropriate authority.

Ensure timely and thorough shift handovers to ensure continuity of care.
