Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of elderly patients to unearth their physical and psychological needs.

Develop, in conjunction with the healthcare team, tailor-made care plans that proactively include input from the patients and their loved ones.

Administer medications as per prescription and vigilantly monitor for potential side effects or adverse reactions.

Offer invaluable education to patients and their families on medication regimes, ensuring compliance.

Provide nursing care including injections, wound care, and vital signs monitoring.

Assist with activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience.

Valid nursing registration and licensure.

Sound knowledge of nursing care for the elderly.
