Job Title: Administrative Fire Chief
The Administrative Fire Chief is a pivotal role within our company. The chief will be responsible for developing and managing emergency response plans, and supervising and leading our firefighting personnel. One of the primary goals for this position is to ensure that our hotel complies with all relevant fire safety regulations, ensuring preparedness for any fire incident.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Development and regular updating of emergency response plans including training programs and drills.

Supervising firefighting personnel effectively for optimal performance.

Maintaining compliance with fire safety regulations as well as local, state, and federal standards.

Coordinating responses to fire incidents promptly ensuring minimal damage and loss.
Qualifications and Skills:

At least five years' experience in a similar role.

Proven track record in developing, implementing and managing emergency response plans.

Excellent leadership and management skills.

Deep understanding of fire safety regulations and standards.

High-level of fitness and health due to the demanding physical nature of the role.
Additional Requirements:

Valid firefighter certification.
