Job Title: Dialysis Nurse
/At Celestine Clinic, we're currently seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join our hardworking team. The primary duty of the Dialysis Nurse is to oversee and administer the process of dialysis, performing patient assessments before, during, and after the procedure to identify any potential complications or changes in health status. They also handle the administration of necessary medications related to dialysis and renal health. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous and compassionate professional, adept at managing the needs of patients undergoing dialysis.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Previous experience in a dialysis setting, preferably two years or more
- Certification in Nephrology Nursing is a strong advantage
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
- Strong nursing and clinical skills
- Familiarity with dialysis procedure and machinery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and make critical decisions

Responsibilities and Duties
- Performing assessment on patients before, during, and after dialysis
- Identifying any complications or changes in patients' health status
- Administering necessary medications related to dialysis and renal health
- Ensuring that the dialysis machines are working properly
- Maintaining accurate patient records and communicating findings to the healthcare team
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
- Should have a reliable transportation
