Job Title: Administrative Associate, Office Management
We are seeking an Administrative Associate to join UrbanEdge Real Estate. The successful candidate will maintain a pristine office environment, manage office supplies, address repairs, provide exceptional administrative support, and uphold precise data entry and record keeping.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
Manage office supplies and inventory, and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
Provide excellent customer service through answering and directing phone calls and emails.
Greet visitors and ensure a positive first impression of the company.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
Maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and in hard copy.
Enter data into databases and spreadsheets efficiently.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates should possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Applicants must have strong organization skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic database management. Experience in office management is a plus.
