Responsibilities and Duties:
The Bank Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
Offering friendly and professional customer service—addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
Providing information on bank products and services.
Assisting in opening and closing accounts for customers.
Preparing and processing various banking documents and forms.
Accurately inputting and updating customer information in the bank's database.
Processing and recording financial transactions with precision.
Maintaining and updating customer records and files.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
Scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies as required.
