Job Title: Administrative Controller
TechSolutions Inc., a formidable player in the technology industry, is currently seeking a diligent Administrative Controller. The ideal candidate will be tasked with the responsibility of managing as well as developing our financial policies, procedures, and controls. Furthermore, you will be called upon to oversee and optimize our accounts payable and receivable processes, ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance, manage budgets, and efficiently supervise the administrative staff. Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
The candidate must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or its equivalent, at least five years of managerial experience in financial leadership roles, a strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting requirements and business financial systems. The Administrative Controller will also need excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Selected candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial policies, procedures, and controls, preparing and analyzing financial reports, monitoring and managing budgets, overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements. Also, you will lead the administrative staff, manage office supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, and provide required documentation during audits.
Additional Requirements:
Candidates must be able to work full-time from our offices located at 2473 Walnut Drive, Selfridge. Travel may be required depending on business needs.
