Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• A Master’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered an advantage.

• Proven leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and sound judgment are non-negotiable qualifications for this role.

• A clean background check and eligibility to work in the United States is also required.

Skills and Competencies

• You must be highly organized with superb time management skills and the ability to make difficult, high-level decisions.

• Excellent leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex business situations are crucial.

• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of business-related software systems are beneficial.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Driving strategic priorities and operational effectiveness within the executive team.

• Managing corporate initiatives, providing counsel to the CEO, and acting as a liaison between staff and executives.

Experience

Ideal candidates for this position will have prior experience in a high-level administrative or executive role. Experience in managing others, working in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with an executive team is highly preferred. Knowledge of the industry and overall company operations is a definite plus.
