Job Title: Administrative Deputy
Our organization is searching for a responsible, dedicated, and experienced Administrative Deputy to assist our CEO and other top-level administrators. This role will be multifaceted, demanding - yet rewarding, as it bridges the gap between senior management and the rest of the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Offer direct support to the CEO and other high-ranking administrators.
• Manage the day-to-day administrative activities.
• Prepare high-quality reports and present them on behalf of the senior management.
• Coordinate meetings and events.
• Make necessary arrangements for travel.
• Handle confidential matters with absolute discretion.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Discretion of personal and confidential information.
Experience
Successful candidates should have at least three to five years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
