Job Title: IT Data Analyst

As an IT Data Analyst, you will act as the backbone of decision-making strategies in our organization. Your role is all about interpreting, analyzing, and leveraging data to help our business improve decision-making, customer experience, operational efficiency, and other business aspects.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Examining and interpreting data sets to create and implement analytical models and algorithms.

• Consolidating, cleaning and transforming data to meet the organization's data standards and requirements.

• Identifying trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.

• Communicating and presenting data-driven insights to non-technical team members and stakeholders.

• Collaborating closely with the IT and business teams to understand their data needs and providing timely assistance.

Skills and Competencies:

• Good command over SQL and a sound understanding of relational databases.

• Proficiency in tools/technologies such as Python, R, Excel, Tableau, and SAS.

• Strong communication skills to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a deep passion for working with data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or equivalent.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
