Job Title: IT Data Analyst
As an IT Data Analyst, you will act as the backbone of decision-making strategies in our organization. Your role is all about interpreting, analyzing, and leveraging data to help our business improve decision-making, customer experience, operational efficiency, and other business aspects.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Examining and interpreting data sets to create and implement analytical models and algorithms.
Consolidating, cleaning and transforming data to meet the organization's data standards and requirements.
Identifying trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
Communicating and presenting data-driven insights to non-technical team members and stakeholders.
Collaborating closely with the IT and business teams to understand their data needs and providing timely assistance.
Skills and Competencies:
Good command over SQL and a sound understanding of relational databases.
Proficiency in tools/technologies such as Python, R, Excel, Tableau, and SAS.
Strong communication skills to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented mindset with a deep passion for working with data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
